Is your Image free of Print Issues?
To ensure a perfect print we require the following.
• Art with BLEED Size: 25x19
• Final Size: 24x18
• All text and important elements are in the Safe area .5" away from each trimmed edge.
• Color: CMYK
• Resolution: 300 DPI
If you are unsure, we do have Design Assitance that includes up to 15 minutes of design revision. In most cases, this will be enough to fix most Bleed and Layout issues.
The BLUE LINE is the SAFE AREA, Anything past the blue line may be trimmed.
The RED LINE is the PROJECTED TRIM LINE. The projected trim line can vary 1/8" and slight blade shifting may occur.
*If your image has borders the print may look uneven.

We will assume all received images placed with your order are Print Ready. To save time on your order, we will send your images to print AS-IS by default.
Design assistance includes up to 15 minutes with a designer going over your submitted art file to help ensure your art is free of poor setup issues.
We will not be liable for incorrect prints due to images not aligning with our templates and other image issues mentioned in our guidelines.
Manual proof of image.
Before printing, we will send you a preview. You will be able to see how it looks inside of our printing template. You will be able to see the safe areas and projected trim lines.
We will review that your art is clear of any URGENT file setup issues that you may have missed for example.
• The correct mode was used (CMYK)
• Print Layout fits the print template
• Proper DPI ( 300 dpi)
• Image is set for Full Bleed (Colors all the way the edge)
• Text size and spelling is the responsibility of the designer. We will not look for text size or grammar, but if we do happen to find some we will let you know.
• We cannot perfectly color match, but the colors should be perfect or close. Please remember to print out a sample at your home office, to ensure that your text is the size you expect.
• Your order is refundable until approved for print, but the design assistance is non-refundable if selected.
